Toby is an ex-Naval Officer, Naval Aviator, Desert Storm Veteran, and a VA verified service-disabled veteran. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is currently cleared for access to classified information. For nearly a decade he has worked in the federal marketplace gaining experience in many capacities. Toby's federal experience ranges from working directly with the government client as a lead engineer / researcher / subject matter expert; to business development with the government and large government contractors; and to contract compliance and business operations management in his previous consulting company. His past performance experiences in the federal arena with entities such as NASA Langley, MITRE Corporation, Rutgers University, Lockheed Martin Corporation, & the FAA have enabled him to successfully establish and develop the critical relationships in L1 Enterprises' market. Toby's federal background, combined with his brother Jaime's 20 years of medical products experience, have enabled L1 Enterprises to enjoy valuable past performance successes with clients such as the U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force, TSA, and the many health care facilities within the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Jaime possesses over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of medical equipment and supplies. For 13 years he owned and operated a medical equipment and supplies company in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Jaime sold and distributed medical equipment and supplies to hospitals, clinics, extended care facilities, and individual practices throughout the Caribbean. In addition to marketing, sales, and customer support he negotiated many distribution and pricing agreements. Jaime's company represented over 50 disposables and capital equipment manufacturers such as Miltex, Karl Storz Endoscopy, Johnson and Johnson, Medtronic, Bard, Baxter, and CIDA. Capital equipment categories included surgical and endoscopic instruments and equipment; orthopedic and spinal trauma sets; neuro surgical instruments; ICP monitoring; vital signs monitoring; ventilators; and infant care systems. Disposables ranged from ace bandages to X-ray film. Today, Jaime and L1 Enterprises represent over 100 manufacturers covering every department of a healthcare facility and nearly every capital equipment and disposables category. His past experience has enabled L1 Enterprises to acquire strategic partnerships with such top manufacturers as Leica, Medtronic, Getinge, Burton, SciCan, Midmark, Hocoma, Medline Industries, Smiths Medical, Optimedica, Miltex, and many more.
